How to choose your work?

A work can be any activities that we do in our daily life. Some works are formal and most are informal works. Formal works are those works that we perform for others, and we get reward from it, in-terms of money or money’s worth while informal works are those works that we do for ourselves. Human beings being the most sensible creatures above all are performing many works for themselves and for others too. But many of us are doing work just for working only, many of us are working for money only but without thinking the benefit that we would be getting in future from doing it. Just imagine how we would be in future if we are benefited by the work that we are doing now.

 We spend our valuable time doing it. Time is money in today’s world, it is called so because we spend time doing any work, either it gives us some reward or not. You are human being who got an incredible power to think and time has come for you to think that the work that you are doing is right for you or not? Now you must be wondering how to decide whether the work that you are about to do is right or wrong,  all you need to ask yourself, is there anyways that this work would give you some benefit or not? If the answer is yes, than congratulations, you are doing a right work.

There are normally three kinds of work, i.e. avoidable work, unavoidable work and emergency work. Avoidable works are those works that is not useful for you, not for now and never would it be in future course. Such works only kill our time, your precious time. Unavoidable works are those works that are really important for you, if not now such work is useful for you in future; you should never avoid such work. Finally emergency works are those works that arises all of a sudden, you need to promptly react to those situations and work for it.

 Well depending upon your future target you can set and make list of your work then categorize it into avoidable work, unavoidable work. For e.g. if someone wants to be film maker, he should make watching movies off course a good movies as his unavoidable work, now. But if someone wants to be doctor he should make watching movie is his avoidable work. The concept is so simple, same work can be avoidable and unavoidable for you depending upon your future target.

 All you need to know what you want to be in future so that you could choose work now. It is said that, a person without aim is dead because they don’t know what to work now and what benefit they going to derive from the work that they are doing for future. So you need to have clear vision of your future so that you can choose your work now.

Enforcement of Womens' Reservatiion law

These days in Kathmandu when you travel in any public transport, don’t get amused looking at attitude of male passengers. They leave two or three front rows of seat, go and sit in the back seats. Well the front seat are for women, disabled people and old aged people, they leave it for them and then go to back seats.

You might now think, “wow!, good for women, disabled people and old aged people, because young men have started respected them”. Please don’t get this in your head that male passenger have started to be idle men. They are doing this so that they won’t be embarrassed publicly, still you are in confusion I guess, now don’t be, because I am going to narrate you what made these cruel male passengers leave seat for women, disabled and old aged people.

 Well, as we know women got 33 % reservations in every niche of country, disabled people also got some percentages of reservations.  According to this reservations clause of the law, some seats of the bus were reserved for women and disabled people from the very beginning, But no one care to implement nor follow it. Just after SAARC secretariat meeting held in Kathmandu, this rule was implemented but still most people didn’t care to follow.

Once a male passenger was sitting in seat, of women and women was standing in bus. Meanwhile, a traffic police, caught this, he said the male passenger to read, what is written above the seat, the male passenger in a great confusion has read mahiia arkya6yan ½ (women’s reservation).  Immediately the male passenger finished reading it, traffic police showed him, the women, and said him about the rule.

He then made that male passenger to get off the bus, made him do sit ups, and then finally accused him of not following the rule of country, and put him in a jail for 2 hours. The bus driver was, also charged some fine. This news spread like a hurricane, to all over country, and then male passenger have started following this rule.

So these days basically, male passengers leave front rows of every public transport and go towards back seat. The conductor and driver of buses also remind, male passengers by saying, that’s women’s seat sir, find other seat if they happen to seat in women’s reservation seat.  This has also helped in implementation of disabled reservation seat in public transport. Old people reservation seat for old people has been introduced.

Well, above incident, clearly defines nature of human being, only fear can keep people in discipline. Well having rule doesn’t only make the people to be in disciple, but their implementation should also be effective,. And this should be done in a way that catches people’s fear of embarrassment. Well, I want to salute personally to that traffic police who has punished the male passenger who has disobeyed the rule.  Well fears are of different types, but these sorts of fears are really effective to use if the government would like to implement any rule of nation.

Here in this situation everyone responsible for the breaking rule is punished, these sorts of implementation is called creative and justified implementation of rule.

How can one be close with other?

Being close to anyone is really hard and tough jobs. For being close you need to try to win trust of person, and maintain that trust. Various things may come in your way depending upon the relationship that you have with the person whom you wanted to be close. The relationship that you have with the person is key factors that would determine the limit of closeness with the persons. We always wanted to be close with the person who is so special to us. The various things that you should take care for being close with your special persons are given below:

Trust:

Trust is the belief that one has with other. Trust is always earned over period of time. Earning trust only, would never help you to be close with special person rather you need to maintain it too. Trust would hold your relationship in difficult times. Nowadays, we couldn't trust anyone easily because today everywhere in the world there are lots of frauds, fake people. Selfish people are found all over the world. Good and honest people are rare in today’s world.  You need to be really very careful while trusting people. Trusting is the key factor to be close with special person.

Care:

Care is looking after someone attitude, handling them, supporting them when they are feeling low. If you wanted to be close with anyone than you need to take care of them, make them realize that you are always there for them. Whenever they need some people to talk about their stuff, share their pain specially you need to be always there for them. You need to be emotional support for your special person. You need to observe attitude of people, try to fulfill their exception from you. All you need to try to make them happy from your side, always. In Today’s world everyone wanted attention, so give your all attention and care to the person whom you wanted to be close.

Respect:

Respect is appreciating other attitude, behavior, habit. If you wanted to be close with anyone, then you must give respect. You must be good listener to your special friend. You need to let him give him thought on particular things, need to have due respect upon his thought. Sometimes, his thought and decision might be better than yours, you need to accept his thought and decision. You need to listen to everything what he/she has to say on particular things. This would make your special one feel always good, from your side.

Space:

Everyone needs some personal spaces, to their personal things, like mobile, purse. You should give some spaces to your special friend always,  this would not only make him feel good, would also make him feel that you trust him. Trying to get updates of every minutes of your special friend should be avoided; this would make him feel irritated, bored, from your side, so you need to give him some spaces if you want to be close with your special friends.

Communication:

Communication here means being in constant regular contact with your special friend. This would help you to be updated what he is doing now. Being in regular contact with your special friend would make him comfortable in sharing about their things with you. You would be able to know nature of person if you are in regular contact with anyone. And after knowing nature of person you could avoid the things that someone doesn't like and it would be helpful for being close with anyone.

Crisis of Humanity

Recently a girl, 11,  was spotted dead near my locality. After a police investigation it was discovered, girl was raped by two people. The postpartum results reported that, the girl couldn't bare the pain and she was dead while she was being raped. One of the men was of 45 years old and other was of 46 years old who were involved in crime. One of which is her uncle in relation and other was his friend.

The details of stories are more shocking. The girl was forced to have physical relation with her uncle from a year ago. The girl’s parents were dead in a car incident, when she was 6 years old, since than she lived with his uncle and aunt but her wicked uncle started forcing her to have physical relation with him. Knowing this fact her aunt always maintained a silence. How could she be so stone heart? How could she let her suffer like this?

Well the girl couldn't talk about her uncle’s behavior with anyone, her aunt always threaten her by saying about people of the locality would never believe her, and still if she talked to anyone then they going to abandon  her from  home. The girl didn't have any option except surrendering herself in front of his uncle. Every night the cruel uncle played with her wickedly.

That night when the girl was dead, his uncle called her friend to his home. They were drunk; the girl was sleeping in her room. Both the uncle and his aunt had made a plan, to call the person in their home, force her to have sex with him as they were in debt of this person. They hadn't paid interest of the debt to the person. As an interest of his debt they had offered a girl to the person.

The girl didn't want the person to have physical relation with her, but her wicked uncle and aunt forced her to have it, the girl asked for help but no one was there to help her, her uncle raped her first and then let this man do it. This man while raping her girl couldn't tolerate the pain and had surrendered her life for forever.

Everything happens for our own good

The given phrase tells you that each and every happening that happens in your life has happened for good. Well you might take it as a teasing statement to all those who just face a sadness, in life. And its obvious that if you go and, utter this statement in-front of that person who is in great grief, he would think that you are teasing him, you are just making his fun, you are just being happy and saying him this statement looking his grief. You are in a way insulting him. The person who is in grief obviously thinks that you might be wishing him to face it. But if you think the same statement in a different way that I am going to describe it you would then understand the true meaning of this statement, that every situation in our life that happens is sign of something good that is going to happen in our life. Well this statement gives you hope, happiness, and a ways to satisfy yourself even in a great grief of life. It’s just the matter of how you think about every situation and take it in life.

‘Everything happens for our own good’, if something good thing happens in your life you’d think that this thing would bring something really good in your life. You’d be happy, grateful to whatever you believe in your life but if anything bad happens in your life you’d think that now you are going to face problems, tensions. You would be sad, at this point of time. You may even be depressed thinking about the worst part of it, that you’d be facing in near future. You might be even hopeless at this point of time. This would make the situation even worst for you. You’d be suffering a lot, before the real problems start. But at this time if you think that oh this bad thing has happened because in future something really nice is going to happen to me. Then the situation for you would be really different, what do you think? If something terribly worst happens to you but if you take this worst happening as a sign of good happening, you would never be hopeless, you can always face the worst situation, and can stand when you are fallen and fight back with a hope that you’d be successful in near future, with a hope that there is something really nice going to happen in future.

The statement everything happens for our own good if believed by anyone, he would never be sad even in worst situation. In today’s world where few people are only successful, more are unsuccessful this statement works as supporting pillar. Through this article I just want to say to all the people life is filled with happiness and sorrows. Well it’s a cycle of life, nothing last for long time. And I don’t want anyone to be sad just because something bad has happened to you, because that bad has happened to you so that something nice is waiting for you in future, if you believe in this your current pain would be reduced to some extent. It would help you control your sad emotions to some extent, protects you from being more restless, and yes above all gives you a hope. Inborn Talent

Each one of us is born in this word with some purpose the different among each one of us is only that most of us don’t know the purpose of our life some of us know it and fulfill it. Our life is a project in which we do many works.  Those people are remembered even after death; because they have fulfilled their purpose of their life and their purpose of life have done something valuable for others. They have not accomplished those purposes of their life to get their name remembered after death. They have just done the works on which they got passion. They have got opportunities to explore and use their inborn talents. They have enjoyed their work, because of their passion of doing work. Their passionate working was useful for others, and it got some values to others.

It is said that each one of us has got some inborn talent, inborn interest, and inborn defects too. That’s not why it is said no one is perfect and neither one is imperfect. That depends upon how we are grown up, in what environment we are grown up, to determine when we get to know about our inborn talent, interest and defects. Off course when we grow up, we learn many things, develops many skills, get addicted to things, dislikes things.

Inborn talents are those talents that we get in our veins from birth. These talents are not the learnt talents rather we have these talents from the birth. We can say those talents are god gifted talents to us.  Well inborn talents and interests are related to each other, and if anyone gets to know about it, then he would be never bored of using his talents. Such talent would be sharpening if he gets opportunities to use it in course of his living. For e.g. we see, some people can dance really well, some can sing really well, without any training. If they get a chance to learn it, than you could imagine how best they would sing, how best could they dance? Such talent could leave a really a valuable effects in the society, nations. For e.g. Michael Jackson is popularly known for his dance and his hip up songs, because his contribution has left valuable impact on singing field and on a dancing filed. He has a voice that was gifted to him, during his birth, he got an opportunity to explore it, and he has been successful to do so. He was passionate about singing, he has sung many songs, that got chance to get published, he became popular because his songs left valuable impact in people. He would be always remembered even after his death now.

We all have some inborn talents, defects, and if we could know about it, and explore it, and get opportunities to use it, we all would be able to contribute to particular field, but the tragic part is that, we all don’t get chance to find it. Many of us know about our inborn talents but because of lack of opportunities and resources we couldn’t use it.

Dreams That Give Wealth

There is a saying or myth that dreams affect the life of people. The dreams show the person or give him signal about the happening of his future.  According to astrologist the effects of dreams could be found out as per the time when they were seen. The scene that the person sees in his dreams has different meaning.
Some dreams that we see makes us so frightened that we fear thinking now something bad going to happen with us, but there are some dreams that may makes us so frightened but they indicate something very nice things that is going to happen in near future to us. Well such dreams indicate that we will be getting wealth in future. The dreams that are frightening but that indicates that we are getting wealth in future are discussed below

1.    Cutting of head:  cutting of the head is an obviously frightening dream. Among them cutting of own head is the most frightening dream that own can see. It indicates death. What would be more fearful to us than our death? Everyone are afraid when they see themselves are dying. And how own would feel if they see a dream in which their head are detached from body. After seeing such fearful dream, we would think that now someone going to kill us soon. But this dreams doesn’t indicates death in reality according to astrologist if anyone sees such dreams he she going to get wealth in future, there would be certain unexpected things that would give him wealth in near future.

2.    Legs tied:  the dreams in which your legs are tied with rope or anything else. If anyone sees this type of dreams they would feel a kind of discomfort. Tiding of our own legs indicates we are being under someone control, from which we couldn’t be free. Well this dream indicates that our freedom is going to be snatched soon, we have to be under someone’s control soon in future, that is not so good for us. Think how person would feel if he she sees such dreams, well now know the real thing that would happen to the person if he she sees is beyond everyone thought. If anyone sees such dreams he she going to get some benefits in government field.

3.    Climbing of mountain: climbing of mountain is a difficult task. We need energy to climb mountain. We get tired while climbing mountain. And if any person sees such dreams he she would think that, he needs to do some hard works. But the dreams like climbing of mountains, crossing the river have good effects in person life. According to astrologist such dreams indicates that the person is going to earn wealth in near future.

4.    Headache: Headache is not so good in reality. It may be normal symptoms or symptoms for some dangerous head diseases. And if anyone sees, such dreams they would think some kind of health problems is coming in their way. But seeing headache in dream is good for person because it indicates wealth is coming in their way in near future.

5.    Riding of horse or elephant: riding of horse or elephant is not that easy task for normal people, for riding it they need to have some skills of doing it. When anyone sees such dreams he may feel happy. But seeing such dreams is an indication that he is going to earn money in future.
