Need of Water for Healthy Living



There is a popular trend of drinking water early morning in Japan. Apart from this it has been proved scientifically that drinking water early in the morning regularly with certain rules helps to prevent, control or cure some diseases. Those diseases are headache, body ache, heart diseases, excessive fatness, asthma, meningitis, liver and urine related diseases, vomiting, gastric, diabetes, constipation, ENT ( ear, nose, throat)  diseases etc.
Rules to drink water:
As soon as you wake up drink four glasses (160 milliliters) of water.
Start your daily jobs like brushing teeth, going to washroom being fresh but don’t drink any other things or have food till 45 minutes
You can have your breakfast or anything after 45 minutes of drinking water.
Don’t have anything after 15 minutes and before 2 hours of having breakfast and a dinner.

Japanese and Chinese have hot tea, or soup along with the food. We all like to have cold drinks along with food, but it’s not that much good to have cold drinks along with food it would be much better if we have anything hot like tea or soup, because hot tea or soup helps the oils to get digested unlike cold drinks helps oils to get accumulated in our body.
if anyone follows the way of having water and food be sure that there won’t be any side effect. if
everyone follows the way of having food and drinking water as mentioned above it would help people to live a healthy life. how much of water do you have to drink in a day? if anyone asks this question the answer may vary to person to person, because the need of drinking water depends upon health condition, environment and physical activities but in a day, normally a person require 3 to 4 liters of liquid things. some amount of liquid things is observed from fruits and food that we take in by the body. water helps to take out unnecessary substances from body with the help of urine and sweet, helps to maintain coldness in our nose and throat. so let us start to drink water by following the above rules and let us be healthy. during summer and while doing physical things more, let us drink more water than normally.
those people who are sick and couldn’t drink water 4 glasses of water could start from 1 glasses of water and gradually increase to 4 glasses of water per day.
 From today all of us let’s start to drink water and stay healthy.
